UPure Blood DNA Extraction Plus Kit is a magnetic bead extraction kit designed for large volume (> 2ml) whole blood genomic DNA extraction. Large volume whole blood samples are pretreated with red blood cell lysate to obtain the tunica albuginea layer, which can be directly used in various automated nucleic acid extraction and purification systems.

Performance
Application：10 5mL frozen Blood samples were used to extract genomic DNA using the UPure Blood DNA Extraction Plus Kit and eluted with 400µl of eluate.
