UPure Circulating Tumor DNA Kit
Product details
A small amount of cell-free DNA exists in normal human plasma. The main source of cell-free DNA is apoptotic cells, and the fragment size is mainly around 180-200bp or integer multiples of that. Recent medical studies have shown that the level of plasma cell-free DNA in cancer patients is higher than that in normal people, and the size of cell-free DNA varies from tens to tens of thousands of bp, and the DNA fragment has the characteristics of tumor cell DNA. Through the molecular biological analysis of cell-free DNA, it can be applied to the early diagnosis of tumors, individualized treatment and prognosis.
Through special buffer and magnetic beads coating technology, this kit can effectively extract and purify Cell-free DNA from 2-5ml tumor plasma, and can be directly applied to downstream NGS, Q-PCR, ddPCR and other applications.

Performance
Application 1:
3 plasma samples (6ml/sample) were divided into 3 parts of plasma sample (2ml/sample), which were extracted by Biokeystone, Company A and Company T, respectively. DNA yield was quantified by real-time PCR of GAPDH gene and EGFR gene:
Application 2:
2 plasmas from cancer patient,2ml/sample, extracted ct DNA by UPure Circulating Tumor DNA Kit
