Product details
UPure Tissue RNA Kit is a kit for the extraction and purification of total RNA from animal tissues. The kit contains a proprietary magnetic bead and a special buffer solution, which eliminates the need for chloroform, phenol and mercaptoethanol. The purified RNA can be directly used for RT-PCR, real-time RT-PCR, reverse transcription and other downstream applications.
