UPure Circulating DNA Kit is specially designed for purification of free-circulating DNA from 200µl of plasma, serum or urine.
Samples can be either fresh or frozen, provided that they have not been frozen and thawed more than once.

Minimum elution volume: 20µl
High sensitivity: Capture as low as 50pg/ml circulating DNA
Rapid: Cleanup of DNA sample in less than 60 minutes
Compatible with a variety of liquid handling robots and Magnetic Particle Processors for automated processing of a large numbers of samples in multi-well plates. No spin or vacuum process needed
