Upure Starch Product DNA Kit is a kit that can extract high quality DNA from food starch and its products. Food starch and its products can be extracted and purified by simple pretreatment, and the high purity DNA products obtained can be directly applied to downstream detection. This kit is compatible with various automatic nucleic acid extractors.

Application: 100mg sweet potato starch, sweet potato vermilion powder and pueraria starch were extracted by SN/ T5522 "Real-time fluorescent PCR method for Identification of Plant Ingredients of Edible Starch" and Biokeystone Upure Starch Product DNA Kit respectively. Qubit was used to detect the concentration of the extracted products, and PCR amplification was performed with reference primers in plants and sweet potato specific primers respectively.
