FFPE RNA
The UPure FFPE RNA Kit is designed for efficient extraction and purification of total RNA from FFPE samples. This advanced kit incorporates a proprietary magnetic bead technology along with a specialized buffer solution, thereby eliminating the need for traditional reagents such as chloroform, phenol, xylene, and mercaptoethanol. The resulting purified RNA can be readily utilized in various downstream applications including RT-PCR, real-time RT-PCR, reverse transcription, and more. For optimal long-term storage conditions, it is recommended to store the purified RNA at -80℃.

Application
The paraffin-embedded sections of rabbit liver, which had been stored for 6 months, were subjected to extraction using different kits from various brands. The extracted products were then analyzed for concentration, electrophoresis, and RT-qPCR.
