The NPure Blood DNA Extraction Kit is a magnetic beads-based genomic DNA extraction kit which can extracts ultra-high purity genomic DNA from fresh or frozen blood. No centrifugation or vacuum filtration is required during operation, and it is suitable for all kinds of automated nucleic acid extraction and purification equipment. DNA purified by this kit can be used in a variety of applification, including enzyme digestion, PCR, library construction, Southern hybridization and other experiments.
