UPure Plant RNA Plus Kit is a kit for extracting total RNA from a variety of plant tissues such as roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits, seeds. The kit contains special magnetic beads and special buffer solution, without the use of chloroform, phenol and other toxic and harmful substances, especially suitable for the extraction and purification of various polysaccharide polyphenol plant RNA, the obtained RNA can be directly used for RT-PCR, real-time RT-PCR, reverse transcription and other downstream applications.
