Product details
UPure Microbiome Extraction Kit is a kit that can extract host and microbial total nucleic acid from swab, whole blood, stool, fresh sputum, alveolar lavage fluid and other biological fluid samples. The samples can be extracted and purified by simple pretreatment, and the obtained high-purity DNA products can be directly applied to downstream detection. This kit is compatible with various automatic nucleic acid extractors.

Performance
The diluted solution of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, porcine circovirus, and avian influenza H9 vaccine was added to oral swab, whole blood, and fecal samples. The extracted products were extracted according to the procedure of the nucleic acid extraction kit of Neobacil microbe, and the concentration and purity of the extracted products were determined (as shown in Figure 1). The extracted microbial nucleic acids were quantified by fluorescent quantitative PCR (see Figure 2).
